This might be nerdy, but I'm going to be divulging some planning/thoughts here (most likely in excruciating detail). There are a few things that I know already:
Venue: The Kelton House
Historical building and museum.
A stop on the Underground Railroad.
Within our price range
And absolutely freaking gorgeous.

Yes, this is where I turn into a girl.
I've always dreamed of having an outdoor wedding, and this meshes a nerdy love of history and the "I want a pretty venue" attitude.
Colors:
Chocolate brown and red with a little orange in other places and aqua blue as an accent color in a few places - just to break up the fall colors.
Attendants:
I decided back in high school that my bridesmaids would be my sisters - Erin (18) and Megan (16 in two days). My other siblings Kevin (7) and Kelly (5) will be our ring bearer and flower girl.
Photographer:
I really really really really want Kitty Maer. She photographed my neighbor's wedding, and her sister's wedding. Her work is absolutely gorgeous.
Other than this, I know little bits and pieces. A chocolate wedding cake. We want everything to be simple, I want a lot of the decorations being natural elements. I plan on wearing off-white/cream/champagne or something along those lines. I want a casual dress - tea length maybe. No train. I don't know if I'll wear a veil.
Dude, there are so many things to think about. It's daunting, yet exciting.
